Slow Cooker Country Ribs

Who loves barbequed ribs but hates having to get the grill ready, partly boil the ribs, and walk back and forth to make sure the ribs are cooked and not burnt?? ME!!!

I found the perfect barbequed country rib recipe and it only has FOUR...yep four ingredients and it's super easy to prepare. Great for a Sunday dinner or just a "I don't want to turn on the oven or grill" nights..it comes from The Peaceful Mom blog and it is fabulous!!

This is all you need..country ribs( I picked mine up from Walmart), liquid smoke, season salt and barbeque sauce(any kind) and ohh yea a little bit of olive oil. And you are my dear are set!

It's pretty simple, I started this around 9am and it took me maybe 10 mins to brown the ribs, toss them in the slow cooker with the liquid smoke and barbeque sauce and then I set my slow cooker for 8 hrs and just left it alone. Now my husband decided at one point to crack the lid so he could let the smells "waft" around the house.

I served it with steam mixed vegetables and a roll. This brought my guys to the table pretty quick and sent them  back for seconds. You only need a fork and you're set!! Enjoy
